How to Heal Your Own Body Using Universal Energy

Your body is a powerful, intelligent vessel — not just made of cells and systems, but also energy. When we feel physical pain or emotional discomfort, it often signals an imbalance or stored energy that needs to be acknowledged and released. The good news is: you have the ability to support your own healing using universal energy.

Here’s a simple, effective practice to begin healing your body from the inside out.

1. Place Your Hand on the Pain

Start by sitting quietly and placing your hand on the area of your body that feels pain, tension, or discomfort. Your touch, infused with intention, becomes a channel for universal energy to begin flowing. The warmth and presence of your hand tells your body, “I’m listening. I’m here for you.”

2. Listen to Your Body

Take a few deep breaths and bring your full awareness to that area. Don’t try to fix or change it — just be present. Tune in and listen. You might sense warmth, a memory, an emotion, or something that doesn’t quite make logical sense.

This is normal. The body holds energy from many layers of experience — some of it may not even be from this life. The key is to stay open and receptive.

3. Accept What Comes Up

Whatever you feel or sense, allow it. Accept and validate it. Whether it’s sadness, confusion, or even resistance, give it space to exist. Often, pain stays stuck because it hasn’t been seen or honored.

Acknowledgment is one of the most powerful steps in energetic healing. By validating the experience, you begin to shift it.

4. Speak to the Pain with Love

“I love you. I accept you. I let you go.”

This statement helps release the emotional or energetic attachment holding the pain in place. Love is the most transformative energy we can offer our bodies. Even if it feels awkward at first, continue with sincerity.

5. Repeat the Process

You may not feel a dramatic change right away — and that’s okay. Healing with universal energy is often gradual. Each time you repeat this process, you're inviting more light, love, and movement into the areas that once felt blocked.
